Hello & Welcome
My father has always tried to get me to follow his footsteps in the photography business but I wanted to be a painter. That didn’t stop him from giving me an entry level dslr prior to my trip to Europe. In hindsight I often wonder if he somehow knew that I would fall in love photography while traveling through Europe. It took me several weeks to learn basic technical aspects of the camera and I missed a ton of shots. I still get sick thinking about all the photo ops I missed so I started this blog to help others learn about photography!
I have been a family portrait and wedding photographer for 7 years. I wish I could say that everything always went smoothly and I never goofed up sessions but I would be lying to you. The truth is without a good mentor and the necessary training you will have a very rough rode ahead of you. So if you ever get a chance to attend seminars, conventions, or photography workshops do it! Don’t let the fear of spending money stop you. Follow the rule of 1… if you learn at least one valuable concept it’s worth the price of the training. Like every other profession you must dedicate a lot of time to honing in your skill and this is a life long process. This website is dedicated to any photographer who is looking to enter the photography profession. So whether you are a hobbyist, amateur, or an aspiring professional you have come to the right place. If you ever have questions about anything please do not hesitate to contact me because after all, I’m here to help you achieve your highest potential and I care for each and every one of you. I look forward to walking with you on your photography journey.
See you on the blog,
